Susan Elaine Snell was born in Fort Worth, Texas on May 18, 1949 and passed away on November 21, 2022 at the age of 73.
Susan was the daughter of Eugene and Betty (Williams) Eaves. Susan married Bruce Snell on August 12, 1967 in Corona, CA. She and Bruce became a resident of Stroud in 1980, she then moved to Oklahoma City in 2018 to be closer to her family after Bruce passed in 2016. Susan was a member of the First Christian Church in Stroud. She worked for many years as the Financial Clerk with the Stroud and Davenport Schools. She was also very involved with the Habitat for Humanity, Jacob’s Ladder, and the Stroud Food Pantry.
Susan is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce, and her parents.
Susan is survived by her son Brian Snell and wife Bethan Langlois; four grandchildren; one great grandson; sister Leslie Alfano and husband Mike; brother Phil Eaves and wife Sally; and brother-inlaw Mike McGuigan and wife Becky; as well as many extended families and a host of friends.
