Chance Braydon Mathews was born August 27, 2002, in Oklahoma City to Erick and Rachel Mathews. He passed away January 21, 2024, in his home in Wellston at the age of 21. Chance was preceded in death by his grandfather; aunt, and uncle. Survivors include his mother; sister, both of the home; grandparents,; aunt; best friend, along with other family and many friends.
A memorial service celebrating the life of Chance will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 26, 2024, in the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel. Donations can be made to Prader-Willi SyndromeAssociation or St Jude’s, both of which Chance held in high regard.
