A Chandler man, convicted of at least two previous felonies in Arkansas, faces two more felonies and two misdemeanors in separate cases filed recently in Lincoln County.
Mark Rasha, 28, was formally charged on Nov. 26, 2024 in Lincoln County District Court with felony domestic abuse and two misdemeanors, assault and battery and obstructing an officer.
He made an initial appearance before Special Judge Emily Mueller who set his bond at $3,000 and scheduled a further initial appearance for Dec. 19.
Count 1 accuses Rasha on Nov. 21, 2024 of assault and battery on Candice Oneill, who the defendant was in a dating relationship with, by slapping her in the face with force and violence with intent to do corporate hurt to her.
In count 2, he is charged on the same day of assault and battery on Sidney Hayes by slapping him in the face with force and violence.
Count 3 charges Rasha on Nov. 21, 2024 with obstructing Chandler Police Officer Seth Schaefer in the performance of his duties by refusing to follow the officer’s commands.
In the second case filed against Rasha, he was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court on Dec. 5, 2024 with aggravated assault and battery.
