A Wellston man convicted of three previous felonies and a misdemeanor faces a new felony count after his arrest by a Highway Patrol Trooper.
Chad Ray Mullendore, 39, was charged in Lincoln County District Sep. 26, 2023 with driving while under the influence of alcohol.
A $3,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of Mullendore, court records show.
He is accused on Sep. 10, 2022 of operating a motor vehicle, a 1989 Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck at U.S. 62 and SH102.
Supplemental information filed by Assistant District Attorney Kelly Trimble shows Mulendore was convicted on Aug. 8, 2018 in Pottawatomie County District Court of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, aggravated.
He was convicted June 15, 2018 in Lincoln County District Court of Count 1, Assault with a deadly weapon, a felony and Count 2, Domestic assault and battery by strangulation, a felony.
