Joyce Ann Vails Hallock was born to John and Fern Bodine Vails on August 28, 1946 in Siloam Springs Arkansas. She passed from this earthly life to her heavenly home on July 7, 2022 in Tuttle at the age of 75.She met Richard Hallock and was married to him on April 1, 1966. He died January 31, 2010. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and brother, Lee Vails. She is survived by her sister, Ellen Jantz of Riley, Kansas; brother, John Vails and wife Donna of Wellston; 2 children, Joy Lynn Ramirez and husband Manuel of Tuttle, Jimmy Leon Hallock of Connecticut; and 6 grandchildren. A funeral was held on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at the McLoud First Assembly of God with interment following in the Wellston Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
