Bench warrant issued for man charged with embezzlement

A bench warrant with a $25,000 bond was issued for Justin Wesley Walker on July 29 for embezzlement.According to court documents, DistrictAttorneyAdam Panter filed one felony count of embezzlement against Walker, 46, for allegedly fraudulently appropriating $111,153.39 from Bret and Lynne Carlson.

Over at North Rock Creek High School, the marching band is roughly the same size as last year, but they have a larger color guard, according to co-director David Bellows. He also leads the program with his wife, Heather.
