More charges in chop shop case

Two persons already charged in connection with an alleged chop shop operation face additional charges after they were arrested following a brief pursuit.

Chandler 57, Stroud 9

Casmen Hill went over 5,000 yards rushing for his career and Chandler racked up 511 yards of total offense to take a 57-9 win over Lincoln County rival Stroud Friday night.

Prague 34, Meeker 12

Prague moved to 2-0 on the season, beat arch-rival Meeker, 34-12, and inaugurated its new turf field with a win Friday night. The Red Devils led 7-0 at the half and 20-12 after three periods, but pulled away in the fourth quarter.

Dale school board meeting

Dale School principals updated Board of Education members recently on current school enrollment numbers. The board also voted approval of a plan using Esser III funds. Elementary Principal Tamee Daniel advised the board there are 335 students in grades Pre-K through fourth grade.

NRC outlasts Little Axe
