About three months ago I decided to pay my primary doctor a visit. I have quarterly appointments with him anyway, but pain in my left side, which I had been experiencing over a period of time, had intensified.

Local motocross racer Jace Williams, 17, of Chandler, has officially qualified for the Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch in Waverly, TN— the world’s largest amateur motocross race and the most prestigious in the U.S.The race runs July 28-Aug.

A large mural depicting the history of Chandler was recently completed, spanning the entirety of the retaining wall in front of City Hall on Manvel Avenue. The mural was designed and painted by Bob Palmer. See more photos on page 2A.
