Keep the state income tax

Governor Kevin Stitt and a number of lawmakers are insistent on cutting the state income tax this year and eventually seeing it eliminated altogether.Yet, he and those same lawmakers haven’t indicated they have come up with any new revenue stream to replace that income.

Chandler man recieves $10k bench warrant for 3 felonies

A$10,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Chandler man wanted for three felonies and two misdemeanors.Jeremy Paul Sisco, 32, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court in late November 2024 and the $10,000 bench was issued at that time.

Several wrestlers from the region are headed to the Big House this weekend after qualifying for state at Regionals.From Chandler, Landon Earp was named the 3A West Regional Champ in 113 lbs., while teammate Bryar Dryden placed fourth in 157 lbs., also securing a berth.
