Coy Ray Farmer of Prague, Oklahoma, passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 80. Coy was born on December 31, 1943 in Sparks, Oklahoma. He was the son of Rex and Opal (Waller) Farmer. Coy was preceded in death by his parents, his son, and his sister.
