Town Talk would like to thank everyone who donated to our “new scarecrow” campaign. We have used our scarecrows on Main Street for several years. They have been resewn, safety pinned, stapled and much more. We have certainly gotten our money’s worth out of them, but it is now time to replace them.

About this time of year, I start reflecting back a little to see how well up I’ve kept up with my resolutions for this year. I was late and it took a little longer for me to jot down the resolutions for 2025.

Chandler’s fastpitch team and drama department are headed for state competitions. The Lady Lions swept Jones in their fastpitch Super regional and will play Sequoyah-Tahlequah at noon Thursday in the state tournament.
