Chandler junior Leah Brannon, pictured at right as she hits the finish line, won the individual girls championship at the 66 Conference cross country meet at Prague last week.
She finished the twomile course in 13:46, eight seconds ahead of Madison Ham, of Stroud.
Prague won the girls team championship, with Chandler coming in second.
In the boys’ 5K event, Connor Childs and Tanner Hoskins, both of Seminole, finished 1-2 and led their team to a first-place finish.
Meeker was second.
In the junior high event, Hailey Johnson took first and led the Prague girls to a first-place finish.
In the boys junior high, Asa Watham of Meeker won first, while Stroud won the team championship.
