Prague woman faces charges

A Prague woman whose husband was recently charged with four felonies for alleged crimes against minors now faces a single count of neglecting her children. Lynette Marie Ausborn, 43, was charged in Lincoln County District Court Nov. 7 with child neglect.

Suspect waives preliminary hearing

A driver who led law enforcement officers in a high speed pursuit that reportedly started in Perkins and ended at the Dale Middle School has waived his preliminary hearing. His arraignment has been scheduled. The pursuit went partially through a local farmer’s wheat field.

Hearings set in animal cruelty
