A jury trial date has been scheduled for a Wellston attorney and her reported accomplice on drug related charges and a firearms count. A reported accomplice accused of five drug related and firearms counts, also has been bound over to stand trial as well.

Two to stand trial in chop shop case

Jury trials have been scheduled for two of the defendants in an alleged chop shop operation and a pre-preliminary hearing has been continued for a third.

Manslaughter suspect in court

An initial appearance has been set for a Jennings man facing a first degree manslaughter charge or in the alternative negligent homicide who was driving a semi-trailer truck that collided with a vehicle driven by a Stroud man who died in the crash.
