Meeker and Chandler got in their final scrimmage of the pre-season Thursday. They ran series with first and second squads, then turned on the clock for a 12-minute quarter under game conditions. As it turned out, each team had two possessions.

North Rock Creek stopped Marlow on downs inside the 10yard line just before the half Friday night and went to win the season opener, 17-7.
