Tommie(Tom)Glen Acord was born on August 28, 1950, at the Mileham Clinic and Hospital in Chandler, Oklahoma, the fourth of the six children of Adis Leon and Emma Louise Edmondson Acord. Tom passed away on December 4, 2024, at his home southeast of Chandler at the age of 74 years and three months.
