Chandler BPA qualifies for nationals

The Chandler High School chapter of Business Professionals of America (BPA) has advanced to Nationals after competing at the state competition on Mar. 4 to 6 in Tulsa.

Crews continue cleaning up after 22 cars and four locomotives of a freight train derailed over the weekend east of Davenport in Lincoln County.

No vote on moratorium

The Lincoln County commissioners ultimately decided not to vote on a moratorium or restrictions on wind farms at a special meeting at the Lincoln County Fair Barn on Mar. 26, stating that there is not much they can legally do to stop the farms.
