No vote on moratorium

The Lincoln County commissioners ultimately decided not to vote on a moratorium or restrictions on wind farms at a special meeting at the Lincoln County Fair Barn on Mar. 26, stating that there is not much they can legally do to stop the farms.

Major General Donald Forrest Ferrell, USAF, Retired, was born January 6, 1929, to Forrest Shea Ferrell and Theresa Cooper Ferrell in Oklahoma City. He died at his home in Chandler on March 15, 2024, surrounded by his family.He grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from Central High School in 1946.
