Two more men were charged with five counts for an alleged burglary that took place on or around Nov. 22, 2025 at a marijuana grow.

Adams was previously convicted of a felony, aggravated robbery, in Texas on Sept. 17, 2017. Henderson was previously convicted of engaging in organized criminal activity and manufacturing/ delivering a controlled substance in Texas in January 2009. He was also convicted of engaging in organized criminal activity in Texas in October 2014.
They were apprehended for allegedly taking part in a burglary at a marijuana grow operation. Three others were previously taken into custody and charged -- Aluante Diishaun Luckey-Freeney, Tyjai Malike Ghee and Kimni Daewun Murphy.
According to the probable cause affi davit, on Nov. 22, 2025, the Lincoln County Communications Center received a call just before 7 a.m. about a burglary in progress. Deps. Rempe, Lee and Hinkle responded with Rempe leading the group. While driving east on 900 Road between 3520 Road and 3530 Road, Rempe observed headlights. The vehicle pulled a U-turn and then went south on 3530 Road. Rempe attempted to intercept the vehicle and informed Lee and Hinkle. Dep. Lee initiated a pursuit and the vehicle continued at a high rate of speed. It eventually stopped when it came to a dead end in a driveway.
The driver and passenger were removed from the vehicle and later identifi ed as Kimni Murphy and Tyjai Ghee. They were taken into custody, according to the affidavit. During the pursuit, COMM Center advised that a second vehicle was also involved in the incident, reported as a silver Nissan Rogue. Stroud and Sac and Fox Police were requested for help, according to the affi davit, as was Prague.
Prague PD reported the vehicle in Prague and COMM Center received a 911 Open Line that mapped to the area where the Nissan had crashed. Dep. Rempe and Lee located the Nissan and the driver, Aluante Luckey. Luckey was taken into custody. While there, Rempe was informed that there were potentially three individuals in the car. The driver was transported to Lincoln County Jail, while a manhunt for the remaining individuals was called. It ended after a doorbell camera recorded three men who appeared to be the suspects entering a silver vehicle at approximately 8:30 a.m.
Undersheriff Jackson contacted Det. Statton and Ogden, requesting that they assist with the call. Det. Statton processed the Nissan with Texas plates and then processed the scene in Stroud. When they arrived to process the original scene, they found a witness who saw four to five men running south through the woods to the marijuana grow. They then spoke with the owner of the property, who had security footage of five men on the property wearing masks and hoods. The owner said there was some finished product that had been packaged that was stolen, according to the affidavit.
Statton and Ogden conducted interviews with the three men in custody, but all denied involvement in the burglary.
A witness then came forward, telling Ogden that he had transported the three remaining suspects from Prague to the WinStar in Thackerville. Odgen told Statton that one had ordered an Uber, who picked them up at 8:17 a.m. from 7th and Brunson in Prague. Ogden also discovered that the additional suspects had been dropped off at the WinStar at 10:22 a.m.
Srg. Hinkle advised Det. Statton that Luckey had been pulled over by the Texas Highway Patrol at 2:10 a.m. in the Nissan Rogue. Hinkle obtained the body cam footage. It revealed Luckey driving with two other men inside. The front passenger was later identified as Taliek Adams, and he was wearing clothing identified in the video at the burglary. The rear passenger was identified as Nicholas Henderson.
On Nov. 24, Det. Statton arranged for a 2016 Dodge Durango and the 2023 Nissan Rogue be placed in secure holding. All of the suspects booked into Lincoln County Jail were wearing the same clothing from the security footage at the grow house, and one was seen openly carrying a firearm.
Det. Tyler Ogden contacted Dallas County Criminal District Attorney Lt. James Hammond, who sent information on Adams and Henderson, two out of the three individuals identified on the body cam footage during the THP traffic stop a few hours before the robbery. The bodycam shows Luckey driving the car, and was the other suspect. OBSI Agent Kurt Titswork assisted Ogeden with fully identifying Adams and Henderson.
