Ofc. Mustard stopped a driver on E. 8 th St. for failure to signal. LaVonda L. Rains and Kelly J. Nicol were arrested on outstanding warrants.

Saturday, Oct. 31 Ofc. Mustard stopped a driver on E. 1 st St. for driving erratically. Ovis Owen Lowe III was arrested for aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on an expired driver’s license. The vehicle was impounded.

Ofc. Hawkins stopped a driver for an expired paper tag. Citations were issued for failure to pay taxes due state and possession of marijuana.

Ofc. Batman was dispatched to a hit and run at Walmart.

Ofc. Mustard was dispatched to Michoacanos Mexican restaurant in reference to a hit and run.

Ofc. Mustard stopped a bicycle rider for lack of lighting. Matthew James McCarty was arrested on a county warrant.

Tuesday, Nov. 10

Ofc. Mustard responded to a deer Vs. car call on Hwy. 66 & Rozell. The injured deer was euthanized.

Thursday, Nov. 12

Ofc. Batman stopped a driver on E. 1 st St. for failure to signal. Derick William Wright was arrested for driving without a license, improper turn, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a firearm after former felony conviction. The vehicle was impounded.

Ofc. Mustard stopped a driver on Marshall Drive for having improper tags. The vehicle was impounded and citation was issued.

Friday, Nov. 13

Ofc. Batman responded to a single-vehicle accident at First St. and Moorman Drive involving Olen M. Robinson.

Sunday, Nov. 15

Ofc. Hawkins took a report regarding a chain saw stolen out of the back of a truck.
