Recently, my wife Pat, our daughter Meghan, our grandson Liam, Pat’s sister Nellie and their mother Ruth Davis and I had one of the most enjoyable lunches we’ve had in a long, long time. It was really impromptu.

It was another busy Saturday this past weekend as Town Talk hosted its monthly Farmer’s Market. Town Talk volunteer and market organizer Mandy Clark had lots of fun activities this month as well as many local and area vendors with their wares for sell.
My doc called me on Monday to give me the results of some blood work from Friday. For several years, I have gotten the same general comments: “Your good choles “Your good cholesterol is a little low, and your bad cholesterol is a little high.
