Life-long Davenport resident Larry Joe Walker recently passed away, days shy of his 78th birthday.At age 77, he passed away on the evening of January 21, 2024, at his residence east of Davenport. He and his wife, Sophia (Vandever) Walker, had been married for 59 years.

Paul Munjoy, age 59, passed on Saturday, April 6, 2024, in Shawnee, surrounded by his loving family and friend Big Mike. Paul was born May 25, 1964,inOklahomaCity, Oklahoma, to Carolyn (Dunn) and Vernon Bigham. He grew up in Chandler, Oklahoma, and graduated from Chandler High School in 1982.

Oleta Fay (Parker) Stone passed from this world on April 12, 2024, at the age of 89. Oleta was born July 18, 1934, a twin and the seventh of nine children to Clarence and Emily (Modena) Parker on rural farm in Wellston, Oklahoma.

He attended OklahomaA&M (OSU) and completed his undergraduate at Central State College (UCO) and his master’s at Tulsa University.
