SSC recognizes honor roll students

Officials at Seminole State College have released the names of honor roll students for the 2020 fall semester. Three separate honor rolls recognize students for their academic achievements.

The President’s Honor Roll is comprised of students who maintain a perfect 4.0 grade-point-average in at least 12 credit hours of coursework.

Students named to the President’s Honor Roll include Braden Melson and Chelsea Wilhite of Chandler; Rebecca Maddox of McLoud; Trinitee Garcia, Amanda Harris, Rebecca Luschen and Jessica Smith, all from Meeker; Rebecca Copeland, Elizabeth Denney, Christopher Howell and Bonnie Simons from Prague; Terra Mitchell, Stroud; and Amanda Flores, Wellston.

Students named to the Vice President’s Honor Roll must have a 3.5 GPA or better and no grade below a “C.”

Students on the Vice-President’s Honor Roll include Magen Dean and Alexandra Smith from Agra; Caden Mitchell, Chandler; Jodi McCool and Sonya Meshquekennock of McLoud; Gabrielle Broyles and Ashley Doss, Meeker; and Isaiah Camren, Madison Johnson, Savana Marsh, Justin Short, Andrew Terrell and Sydney Winchester, all from Prague.

The Part-Time Students’ Honor Roll is for students who maintain a 3.5 GPA with no grade below a “C” in at least six, but less than 12 college credit hours.

Students named to the Part-Time Honor Roll include Victoria Barton, Brooklyn Lane, Jacob Moehle and Grace Young, all from Chandler; Alexis Berry and Crystal Terrell of Davenport; Kylee Gill, Autumn Jacobo, Jonathon Landreth, Peyton Meiler, Jennifer Stapp and Frost Trussell, all from McLoud; and Camille Columbus from Meeker.

Also on the list were Parker Bailey, Samantha Blackwell, Timothy Brill, Avery Cantrell, Leslie Clark, Suzanne Clarke, Stephanie Daggs, Connor Davis, Alexis Goddard, Stephanie Godwin, Graceyn Hyden, Kylie Pickard and Lauren Root, all of Prague; Alexander Griffith of Sparks; and three from Stroud, Emma Buchanan, David Mathes and Wyatt McGee.
