Officers of the Agra FFA chapter recently participated in the 2019 Oklahoma FFA Chapter Officer Leadership Training Conference at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Norman. The conference, planned and conducted by state FFA officers, was designed to challenge chapter leaders to stop reacting to problems as they occur and start anticipating problems before they happen. Keynote speaker was Lucas Ross of Oklahoma City. He is a five-time local Emmy-winner and accomplished banjo player. Officers attending from Agra were Sheay Gallagher, president; Carson Wright, vice president; Callie Wright, secretary; Titus Rodgers, treasurer; Kennedy Herrmann, reporter; and Kendyl Lair, sentinel. The chapter’s advisor is Mark Streber. Also shown are Joseph David, central area vice president and Emily Kennedy, state FFA secretary.
