In the lower left, Christian Moehle finishes up with a planter at the corner of Manvel and 8th in front of the Lincoln County Courthouse. At the bottom right are (left to right) Schafer, Barbero, Raper, Moehle and Vaughn. The students volunteered to help fill the planters. A total of 24 were placed down Manvel from 6th Street to 12th Street as part of a beautification project created by the City of Chandler. The Honey Pot Garden & Gifts was selected for the bid back in the fall. Collins said they plan to change out the flowers with the season. She will also be charged with watering and maintaining all the plants and flowers in the planters. Photos/Emily Kalka
