Chandler man recieves $10k bench warrant for 3 felonies

A$10,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Chandler man wanted for three felonies and two misdemeanors.

Jeremy Paul Sisco, 32, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court in late November 2024 and the $10,000 bench was issued at that time.

Sisco is charged with possess firearms after felony conviction, possession of stolen vehicle, escape from felony arrest or detention, all felonies.

The two misdemeanors he is charged with include possession of a controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

In count 1, Sisco is charged on about Oct. 26, 2024 with having in his possession in a vehicle he was operating a Beretta 9mm ISSC 22 LR and Aero Precsion AR-15 rifle located in the Polaris Razor after he had been convicted on March 19, 2024 in Lincoln County District Court of false personation.

Count 2 accuses him on the same day of possessing a Polaris Razor that had been stolen from Eric Stabinski while he was not entitled to be in possession of the vehicle and having reason to believe that the vehicle had been stolen.

Count 3 charges him on the same day of escape from felony arrest or detention after being lawfully arrested or detained by Stroud Police Officer James McNeill after having escaped from the officer.

In count 4, he is accused on Oct. 26, 2024 of having in his possession and under his control methamphetamine, a controlled dangerous drug.

Count 5 states on that same day he possessed a syringe which is used by abusers of drugs classified as a controlled dangerous substance without having any medical or other lawful need requiring possession of the paraphernalia.
