The Chandler High School Theatre Department is hosting a preview of their state-bound one-act “IN DARKNESS, AUDIO FLOWERS BLOOM” by Alvaro Saar Rios.
The preview will take place at the Chandler High School Performing Arts Center on Nov. 2 at 2 p.m. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.
The group performed at OSSAA 4A One-Act Regionals on Oct. 11, placing second overall and securing a berth for OSSAA State on Nov. 4 at East Central University in Ada. Chandler is one of nine high schools that qualified for State in Class 4A and will perform at 1:40 p.m. at the competition.
The high school also brought home second place in tech, and three All-Star Cast awards for Bethany Descher, James Kerr and Zeke Hicks from Regionals
