Lincoln County commissioners this week opened and discussed bids on two projects, then decided to table any action until their Jan. 20. meeting.

The commissioners also reappointed Lee Doolen to remain as chairman of the board and Marlon Miller as vice chairman.

Commissioners opened and discussed bids on the bank annex and courthouse parking lot resurfacing and resealing project and also the Commissioners’ Office Space remodel.

They agreed to apply for the Route 66 Revitalization Grant by the Fair Board and the TSET grant by the Fair Board.

In other business, they: Approved the Milestone Settlement Funds from the Opioid Abatement Settlement.

Approved a Declaration of Surplus for District 1, Stroud Nutrition and Emergency Management and also adopted a resolution to dispose of that.

Adopted a resolution for Unpaved Roads Project in District 3.

Adopted a resolution appointing requesting, receiving and inventory officer for the Meeker Nutrition Site.

Appointed Carl Munson and Ricky Taylor as board members to Project Heart.

Appointed Doolen as a non-voting member to the 911 Trust Authority.

Appointed Doolen as a board member to Community Action Agency.

Appointed Will Fine as a board member to the Oklahoma Public Employee Health and Wellness.

Appointed Ginny Wallace to the Industrial Development Authority.

Appointed Doolen as a board member to the Circuit Engineering District #4.
