Every month, Wellness Dep. Rod Baker from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office releases the Lincoln County Recovery Report to keep residents informed of ongoing activities and programs to help with mental health recovery efforts in the county. The following is the June 2026 report.
The month of June has been very active with veteran wellness, along with the establishment and facilitation of the seven-city Recovery meetings plan of action. We have been fortunate to have municipal cooperation with the city of Carney to make available Recovery meetings on Friday evening at 7 p.m. at the Community Building and the Stroud American Legion, providing facilities for Monday evening at 7 p.m. Our next steps will be the establishment of Recovery meetings in Agra, Wellston, Meeker, Prague and Chandler, where we will establish Recovery meetings in each city.
