A Prague man with a previous felony conviction now faces three new felonies.
Formal charges were fi led in Lincoln County District Court in September against Pedro Genaro Rios, 36.
He faces three felony counts of endangering others while eluding/attempting to elude a police ov cer.
A $5,000 bench warrant was originally issued for his arrest but that was returned and fi led Sep. 22 according to court records.
He is accused of three counts of attempting to endanger and elude Prague Police Ov cer William Younger at three diu erent locations on Aug. 21, 2025.
He is scheduled to make his initial appearance at 9 a.m. on Oct. 30.
