An Oklahoma City man is facing three charges, including a felony DUI, after an incident on May 17.
Avion Ray Moore, 42, of Oklahoma City, was charged on May 20 with a felony count of driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor count of driving with a license canceled, suspended or revoked, and one misdemeanor count of carrying a firearm while under the influence, according to the filing.
Moore made an initial appearance on May 28 and will return to court on July 9 for a pre-preliminary hearing.
Moore was charged after an incident on or around May 17, while on a public highway at Turner Turnpike Mile Marker 169, court documents said. Moore was previously convicted of driving while under the influence of alcohol on March 13, 2025, a misdemeanor, in Oklahoma County.
