Ellis Wayne Routh, 86, was born February 2, 1938 in Kendrick, to John and Flossie (Morton) Routh. He passed away, exactly one mile southwest of the exact location he was born, February 18, 2024, in his home with his family at his side.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, wife of 53 years, son, and all 6 of his siblings along with each of their spouses. Survivors include his son, two daughters, six grandchildren, eight greatgrandchildren, along with other family and friends.
A graveside funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 24, 2024, in Oak Park Cemetery in Chandler. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
