Vickie Lynn Burge Rodden, 76, ran to Jesus on October 22, 2023, peacefully in her sleep. Vickie was born February 7, 1947, in Enid, Oklahoma to loving parents, Emerson and Essie Beck Burge.
VickiegraduatedfromMeekerHighSchoolin1965. She attended Oklahoma Baptist University and graduated with a Nursing degree in 1969. In 1968, Vickie met and married Robert Theimer. Three beautiful children were born to this union: twins Lynna and Clark, and Heather.
In October 1986, Vickie married the love of her life, Thomas Rodden. They were married 37 years and lived on 40 acres they lovingly called the Rockin R. Vickie is survived by her husband,Thomas Rodden; three children, Lynna Theimer, Clark Theimer and wife Mandy, Heather Miller and husband David; and stepson Tom Rodden Jr; 14 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Deena Walsdorf; 2 brothers Terry Burge and wife Elsie, Leland Burge and wife Sandra; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
