As the new school year approaches, the Meeker FFA Chapter is proud to introduce its 2026–2027 Chapter Officer Team. These students are committed to serving their fellow members, promoting agricultural education, and leading the chapter throughout the coming year.
President – Baylee Weeks is a senior whose SAE includes raising and exhibiting swine while managing a sow operation that sells piglets across Oklahoma and the nation. Baylee has competed in Livestock Evaluation, Prepared Public Speaking, and Employment Skills and looks forward to helping younger members grow into confident leaders.
Vice President – Kaydence Staude is a senior with SAE projects that include working at a hog farm and operating ShowTok, an Instagram page featuring interviews with FFA members across the country. Kaydence has competed in Agricultural Education, Dairy Evaluation, Livestock Evaluation, Cattle Grading, Prepared and Extemporaneous Public Speaking, and Senior Parliamentary Procedure. This year, Kaydence is excited to encourage members to become the best versions of themselves.
Secretary – Beau Newport is a junior who owns and publishes the agricultural magazine Gaining Ground. Beau competes in Prepared Public Speaking and Senior Parliamentary Procedure and is eager to increase member involvement throughout the chapter.
Reporter – Mattie Hurley is a sophomore whose SAE focuses on producing handcrafted personal care products made from aloe vera plants she grows herself. Mattie has competed in Entomology, Greenhand Quiz, Opening and Closing Ceremonies, and Conduct of Chapter Meetings. As reporter, Mattie is excited to mentor members and showcase the chapter’s accomplishments.
Treasurer – Michael Pritchard is a sophomore whose SAE includes raising sheep, cattle, and hay on the family farm. Michael has competed in Conduct of Chapter Meetings, Electricity, and Greenhand Quiz and looks forward to serving the chapter while continuing to grow as a leader.
Sentinel – Drake McMillan is a junior who works for Armitage Equipment as his SAE. Drake competes in Senior Parliamentary Procedure and is excited to strengthen his leadership while serving the chapter, school, and community.
The Meeker FFA Chapter is looking forward to an exciting year of leadership, service, competitions, and community involvement. These officers are ready to represent Meeker FFA with pride and help every member make the most of their FFA experience.
