Lincoln County Commissioners

Lincoln County commissioners this week once again discussed requested projects to be paid for with ARPA funds but held off attempting to prioritize them at this point.

The numerous requests total several million dollars.

They did approve payment of fire departments’ communication software from the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority Program account and a resolution will be on their next agenda for further approval. They took no action on

They took no action on documents related to the distributor agreement regarding the Opioid Settlement, indicating they want to seek further advice from the district attorney.

The commissioners also adopted a corrected County Improvement of Roads and Bridges resolution and project agreement in District 2.

They also adopted a CIRB resolution for a 3420 Road project in District 3 and approved a CIRB resolution for 8th Street between Sandy Lane and Accord Rd. in District 2.

In other business, commissioners:

Approved a contract with Data Scout for mapping software.

Approved a Master Service Agreement with Apprentice.

Approved the Grassy Ridge Plat in District 2.

Approved the release of right of way in District 3.

Approved a declaration of surplus for the Fair Barn.

Took no action on a contract with Nextiva for the courthouse phone system.

Approved a Jan-Pro agreement for the county courthouse.

Approved an EWP project for Post Lake Road in District 2.

Approved an amendment to the County Handbook.

Approved new Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority Certificates of Compliance for Boost Farm Inc, Sir Didymus Farms, The Original Big Buds LLC and Weed Tender LLC.
