Registered voters who become physically incapacitated after the deadline to request an absentee ballot and cannot make it to the polls still have an opportunity to cast their ballot.State law permits voters whobecomeemergencyincapacitated after 5:00 p.m.

Primary elections for federal, state, and county candidates are scheduled for August 25 across the state. On Election Day, the polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Early voting will be held Thursday, August 20, Friday, August 21 and Saturday, August 22.
