The Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative (CVEC), in partnership with the Seminole American Legion, is hosting the 26th Annual Flag Retirement Ceremony and Essay Contest, according to a CVEC press release.The ceremony is open to the public and will feature free food and refreshments.
