Stroud’s powerlifters brought home a championship and two seconds at the recent high school and junior high state meets.
Above, Hudson Melton was second in the 132-pound classification in the small high school competition. Above, right, Colton Harrison won state in the junior high meet and Audrey Donaldson, right, was second in her division.
As a team, the boys seventh-grade team took third. Devan Burciaga finished 4th in his division Ivan Morris and Max Hoover finished 7th in their respective divisions.
8th Grade Boys finished 5th in team points. Jessen Leathers finished 3rd in his division. Aiden Collins and Trystan Baker finished 4th in their respective division. Kaleb Aylor finished 5th.
