Joan was the daughter of Jesse Marion and Zelda Mae (Saulsberry)Alsip.
Joan was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers.
Survivors include her son, two brothers, three granddaughters, three great-grandsons, other relatives and many friends.
A memorial service was held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 31, 2024, at the Parks Brothers Chapel in Chandler, with Rev. Don Landry officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
