Dispositional hearing set in lewd acts with minor case

A man charged with four counts of sex related actswithaminorandwho has pleaded innocent and was scheduled for trial this month, has been set for a dispositional hearing.

Formal charges were filed July 26, 2023 in Lincoln County District Court against Bradley Jacobs, 20, address unknown. Jacobs is accused of four counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16.

Appearing for the felony disposition docket before District Judge Sarah Bridge, the parties announced ready trial. The judge set the case for the felony jury trial call docket on Jan. 30, 2025 and a jury trial for 9 a.m. on Feb. 3, 2025.

A $20,000 bench warrant was initially issued and later returned and filed.

Court records show the warrant was returned and filed Sep. 11.

He waived his preliminary hearing July 19.

According to court records, Judge Bridge has set a dispositional hearing for Jacobs at 9 a.m. March 25, 2025.
