A funeral service will be held for Clarissa Marie Melton at 2 p.m., today, November 7, 2019, at Stroud Christian Church with the Rev. Will Fine officiating.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
Melton was born to William B. and Kathryne Esther (Ullery) Melton Sr., on January 1, 1941, in Edmond, Okla. She died Monday, November 4, 2019, in Stroud at the age of 78 years.
A graduate of Kendrick High School, she retired from the insurance and billing department at Stroud Hospital and attended Stroud Christian Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband Billy Ray Henshaw.
Survivors include her son David Henshaw of Oklahoma City; one brother and sister-in-law, W.B. and Nancy Melton Jr. of Kendrick; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and other family and friends.
