We have always been germ conscious at Prairie Pointe, and keeping our residents flu free the past four years was no accident. It helps that we are a pretty healthy bunch to begin with. A healthy diet and regular exercise as well as socialization helps keep a body and spirits in shape.

The Stroud Alumni officers are busy planning this year’s alumni activities scheduled for Memorial Day weekend. They are asking all interested alums to join them for their next meeting. It will be held this Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the new high school.

Town Talk Bingo will be held on Thursday, March 26th at 6:30 p.m. at the Senior Citizen’s Center on Main Street. We are changing things up this time and hosting it in a new location. We will be using their lighted Bingo board so you shouldn’t miss out on a single number called.

Happy Birthday wishes go to March babies Glenda Rains and Tillie Absher. Glenda’s son JR and wife Kay came up from Eufaula last Monday to surprise Glenda at lunch with a beautifully decorated cake which was served with ice cream.
