Driver enters blind guilty plea

A driver on the Turner Turnpike who was arrested and charged as the result of the seizure of 85 pounds of marijuana and who waived his preliminary hearing has entered a blind guilty plea and drawn a suspended prison term.

A Chandler man who allegedly obtained an OMMA license and OBNregistrationfraudulently and who has been charged with trafficking illegal drugs with more than 10,000 marijuana plants that were discovered and destroyed has entered a blind guilty plea and drawn a suspended prison term.
