Roy Addus Mitchell was born September 20, 1928 in Rule, Texas to Roy and Dora Mae (Hayes) Mitchell. He passed away in Oklahoma City June 8, 2023 at the age of 94. Roy served his country proudly in the United States Army for 3 years starting in 1945 following WWII.
