Three felony charges for Chandler man

A Chandler man is facing three felony charges related to trafficking, cultivation and maintaining a place for keeping and selling illegal drugs. Formal felony charges were filed last month in Lincoln County District Court against Stephen Anthony Ormsby, 37.

McCormick waives hearing on felony

A woman convicted of a number of felonies over the past 16 years and facing new charges has waived her preliminary hearing. Tenneah De-Nay McCormick, 39, was charged in Lincoln County District Court May 19 with three felonies and one misdemeanor.

Bench warrant issued for failing to appear

A $40,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Wellston man who failed to appear for his pre-preliminary hearings on a total of a dozen charges, among them four felonies. The charges were filed against him in two separate cases within two weeks of one another.
