Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested several individuals reportedly connected with recent burglaries in a couple of different cases. In one, several driver’s licenses, Social Security cards and credit cards were confiscated.
Some of those allegedly involved face multiple charges.
At least three of the individuals arrested and charged have previously been convicted of felonies, court documents show.
Two individuals are charged in one of the cases and three others face counts in the other.
James Rasheed Wilkins, 37, address unknown and Azure Skye Abbott, 22, of Catoosa, are each charged with multiple counts in one of the cases.
Among the counts filed against each is second degree burglary.
Abbott is accused on Dec. 23, 2023 of breaking and entering into a mobile home on S. 3430 Road owned by Linda Lewis in which property of value was contained by breaking through the front door with the intent to commit larceny.
Those charges were filed against each in Lincoln County District Court Dec. 28, 2023.
Wilkins is accused of committing the same second degree burglary crime as Abbott, but he is also accused of possession of a firearm after former felony conviction, a felony, and knowingly receiving stolen property, a misdemeanor.
The firearm count accuses him on Dec., 23. 2023 of possession and within his control a zip gun which is a homemade firearm that he was carrying after he had been convicted of first degree burglary on March 9, 2009 in Tulsa County.
The knowingly concealing stolen property charges him on the same day of concealing social security cards, driver’s licenses and credit cards that had been stolen from an individual.
Wilkins appeared on Dec. 27 before Associate District Judge Sheila Kirk and she set his bond at $10,000.
Abbott appeared before Judge Kirk on the same date and her bond was set at $5,000.
They each made their initial appearances on Jan. 4 and Special Judge Emily Mueller set their prepreliminary hearings for Jan. 18.
On Jan. 4, 2024, each was also charged with larceny of automobile, aircraft or other motor vehicle. They are accused on Dec. 23, 2023 of taking and carrying away a Jeep Liberty owned by Sasha Harris.
Judge Kirk set their bonds at $5,000 each on those charges and scheduled their pre-preliminary hearings for Jan. 18.
Supplemental information filed in the case shows Wilkins with three previous felony convictions. All three were in Tulsa County District Court. They include Oct. 5, 2006 for possession with intent to distribute, March 2, 2009 for first degree burglary and on Nov. 29, 2022 for eluding a police officer.
Abbot’s previous felony conviction was on Oct. 18, 2022 in Washington County, Ark., for fleeing.
In the other case, one of the three individuals faces three felonies.
Tommy Nathaniel Tilley, 19, of Cushing was charged Dec. 28, 2023 in Lincoln County District Court with second degree burglary, knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property and possession of a sawed-off shotgun/rifle.
In the burglary count, he is accused of breaking and entering a mobile home located in Avery, in Lincoln County on Nov. 27, 2023, by entering through a hole in the wall with the intent to commit a larceny.
His bond was set at $5,000 on that charge, he made his initial appearance Jan. 4 before Judge Mueller and his pre-preliminary hearing was set for Feb. 1.
The knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property count charges him on Dec. 21, 2023 of concealing a 4-wheeler, firearms and other miscellaneous items from an individual when he knew or had reasonable cause to believe they had been stolen.
The possession of sawed-off shotgun/rifle count accuses him on Dec. 21, 2023 of having in his immediate control a sawed-off shotgun with a barrel less than 18 inches in length/rifle with a barrel less than 16 inches in length.
He made his initial appearance before Judge Mueller on those charges the same day as the other felony and the matter is also set for Feb. 1, 2024.
Also charged in Lincoln County District Court on Dec, 28 is Aimee Desiree Moore, 45, of Cushing. She faces a charge of knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property, a felony, and possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a misdemeanor.
She is also accused on Dec. 21, 2023 of concealing firearms, a wheeler and other miscellaneous items that had been stolen from the same individual that Tilley is charged with concealing them from.
The possession of CDS charges her with having methamphetamine on the same date.
She appeared before Judge Mueller on Dec. 22 who set her bond at $5,000. That was later reduced to $3,000.
Moore made her initial appearance Jan. 4 before Judge Mueller who set a further appearance for her on March 4.
Alfred John Saddington, 60, also of Cushing, was charged in Lincoln County District Court Dec. 28 with possession of a firearm after former felony conviction.
Saddington is accused of having in his possession on Dec. 21, 2023, at the residence where he resides a semi automatic 22 caliber rifle located in his bedroom after he had been convicted on July 8, 1996 in Greene, Mo., of second degree assault.
He appeared before Judge Mueller on Dec. 22, 2023, made his initial appearance on Jan. 4 and she scheduled his pre-preliminary hearing for Jan. 18. His bond has been set at $5,000.
