County commissioners approve E911 contract

By Mike McCormick Staff Writer Lincoln County commissioners have approved a new contract for personnel services between the County’s E911 Trust Authority and the board of commissioners.

The approval came during a special joint meeting with the 911 Trust Authority. The new contract became effective March 1 and runs through the remainder of the current fiscal year which ends June 30.

It was explained during the meeting the county commissioners will only be responsible for personnel services.

Commissioners, during the special meeting, also discussed a Quit Claim Deed for block 36, lot 22 in Agra. After lengthy discussion, they voted to take no action.

They adopted a resolution authorizing payment from the CBRI fund for rightof- way acquisition for bridge replacement.

They also approved ODOT forms for a project in District 1.

Commissioners voted to start the bid process for a 400-gallon skid unit/truck fabrication for the Fallis Fire Department.

They approved an Apprentice change of office holder form and approved transfer of appropriations and transfer of funds.

Commissioners approved the claims.
