A Prague woman already facing two felonies, among them first degree rape, has been charged with an additional felony.
Taylor Jo Bittle, 18, was charged in Lincoln County District Court on Feb. 26 of this year with distribution of obscene material or child pornography. Her bond has been set at $25,000 on that count.
Bittle was charged in Lincoln County District Court on Dec. 15, 2023 with first degree rape and lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16.
Associate District Judge Sheila Kirk set her bond in that case at $7,500.
The alleged rape and lewd or indecent acts were reportedly committed between Oct. 1, 2023 and Dec. 5, 2023.
The distribution of obscene material or child pornography allegedly occurred on Nov. 21, 2023 when she reportedly posted photographs of a minor’s bare breasts online.
Pre-preliminary hearings in both cases have been scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on March 21.
Another Prague woman has been charged with enabling child sexual abuse and child neglect in relation to the rape and lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16.
Tera Scroggins, 37, was charged in Lincoln County District Court Dec. 15 with enabling child sexual abuse and child neglect.
She appeared before Judge Kirk on Dec. 18 and her bond was set at $12,000.
She reappeared with an attorney on Jan. 29, and Judge Kirk has set her pre-preliminary hearing for April 11.
