Hoyt Ritchie and Sadie Sherman were honored as the Citizen of the Year and Scholarship Winner, respectively, at the Chandler Area Chamber of Commerce banquet last week.
Ritchie, who is retired, is president of two dance clubs, president of the Lincoln County Historical Society, is a member and treasurer of the Chandler Lions Club, and was a trustee for the Chandler First United Methodist Church.
Sherman is a senior at
Chandler High School.
