A $25,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Chandler woman facing four felonies and two misdemeanors after she failed to appear for her initial appearance.
Formal charges were filed Aug. 2 in Lincoln County District Court against Desmyn Cheynne Hill, 30. She is facing two felony counts of prisoner placing bodily fluid on government employee, one felony count of Battery/Assault and Battery on a Police Officer and two misdemeanor counts of assault on police officer and assault and battery.
She was arrested recently by a Chandler Police Officer and a Lincoln County deputy sheriff.
She appeared before Associate District Judge Sheila Kirk on Aug. 1 who set her bond at $5,000 and scheduled her appearance for Aug. 17. However, she failed to show up for that court date.
On Aug. 17, a new fourth felony was filed against her, malicious injury to property over $1,000. Her bond on that charge was set at $3,000. She also was scheduled to make an appearance on that charge the same day.
In Count 1 Hill is accused of prisoner placing body fluid on government employee on July 30 this year by spitting on Chandler Police Officer Brent Berry while he was performing his duties.
Count 2 charges Hill with prisoner placing body fluid on government employee on July 30 by spitting on Lincoln County Deputy Sheriff Gage Elder while he was performing his duties.
In Count 3, Hill is accused of assault and battery upon a police officer on July 30 by striking Elder on the back of the leg with her feet and/or legs while he was performing his duties.
Count 4 charges her on July 30 of assault on police officer, a misdemeanor, by attempting to strike Berry with her feet and/or legs while he was performing his duties.
And Count 5 accuses Hill on July 30, of assault and battery, a misdemeanor by committing an assault and battery upon Jennifer Helms by headbutting Helms in the face with force and violence.
Supplemental information filed in the case by Assistant District Attorney Kelly Trimble shows Hill was convicted in Oklahoma County District Court on Dec. 20, 2017 of second degree burglary, a felony.
