Family and friends of Alan Robert “Grandpa Bob” Trudel are invited to a celebration of his life service at 6 p.m., Friday, December 17, 2021, at Central Church of Christ in Chandler, Okla.
Trudel was born July 7, 1938, in Lowell, Mass., to Alfred and Mabel E. (Beauregard) Trudel and died Tuesday, November 9, 2021 in Stroud, Okla., at the age of 83.
He served in the United States Air Force and married June Ann Lucas on May 22, 1990 in Folkston, Georgia. He worked as an over the road truck driver before working in the radiology department at Andalusia Medical Center. He put on Christ in Stroud, baptized by the late Vance Crowe.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and step-son Larry Lucas.
Survivors include daughter Lynne A. (Joseph) Guay and son Alan Robert Trudel, all of Phoenix, Ariz., and step-son Steven (Jean) Lucas of Chandler; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
